Single ticket sales begin in late March. You may purchase single tickets to any screening by visiting the film schedule, selecting Buy Tickets on each film page and adding them to your cart.

We always recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Advance online sales end each morning at 10:00 AM for all events that day. There will be a limited supply of tickets available for purchase at an on-site box office one hour prior the event start time. If an event is sold out online, a rush line will be available at the venue one hour prior to the start time where you will have the opportunity to wait in line and purchase tickets as they become available.

  • Regular screening tickets are $13.50 online* and $15 at the door.
  • Opening/Closing are $30 online* and $35 at the door.
  • Spotlight Evenings are $20 online* and $25 at the door.

  • *Online tickets include an additional service fee
  • All tickets purchased by phone are subject to an additional processing fee of $3
  • Advance online sales end at 10:00 AM each day for events that day
  • All Saturday daytime screenings are pre-sale only in observance of Shabbat
  • All sales are final
  • Ticket and passholders must be seated 15 minutes before the start time to guarantee their seat

If you require accessible seating, please contact the Box Office at 202-777-3210 before purchasing your ticket. If you need assistance purchasing or reserving tickets, or locating your Print At Home tickets, please click on one of the buttons below to view our Step-By-Step guides.

Ticket sales cover a small portion of our operating expenses. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to turn your ticket into a Mensch-Sized ticket by including a micro-donation on top of your purchase.

Be a Mensch and look for the donation option on your way out!

Watching films with a group of your friends or co-workers is a great way to share your WJFF experience! We offer discount pricing for groups starting at 10 or more. The more people you bring the lower each ticket price becomes. To inquire about ticket prices for your group, please email Alexis Rodriguez at alexisr@edcjcc.org.

When a film sells out of advanced tickets, it becomes “On Rush.” Rush indicates that we’re sold out of advanced tickets for this screening, however, same-day-tickets may still be available at the door. A rush line will form 1 hour prior to show time. Approximately, 5 minutes before the scheduled start time, ticket buyers from the rush line will be admitted based on availability inside the theater. Standing in the rush line does not guarantee admittance to the theater. Ticket buyers must be present to purchase from the rush line.

All ticket and pass sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges.

Seating is guaranteed for ticket and passholders until 15 minutes for the scheduled start of a screening or event. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the WJFF Staff.

Tickets are only valid for the screening or event for which it was issued.

Passes are non-transferable.

By using tickets or passes, the holder agrees to being photographed, filmed, or recorded in the venue, and to the publication, reproduction, distribution and other use of all photographs, video, or other recordings of the ticket holder’s voice or likeness, without further notice or compensation.

Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited during screenings.

WJFF reserves the right to refuse admission, and/or seize or cancel the ticket — without refund –of any person who violates these conditions or whose conduct is deemed objectionable.
